The intention behind this class is to embrace duality within the self. Boxing & Breathwork incorporates different moments within the experience which allows you to find the equilibrium of ‘doing’ and ‘being.’

 

This concept was derived from the  Zen philosophy of masculine and feminine energy, otherwise known as ‘Yin’ and ‘Yang.’ Our goal for these classes, is to help you learn to fall in love with every aspect of yourself through cultivating the practice of personal balance.

 

We fully believe in the healing and restorative nature of this kind of a polarizing "workout class". This experience will build your body, mind, and soul in a multitude of different ways. This class will empower you to see just how magnetic you can become when you learn to embrace the dynamic aspects within yourself.

Justin Locante

Justin is the mind behind Boxing & Breathwork. Boxing has been a part of his life since childhood. His father, Larry Locante, won the Golden Gloves in 1982 and taught Justin how to box at a young age. Utilizing breathwork daily has helped Justin live a more fulfilled and happy life.

Charlotte Mae

Charlotte runs the breathwork portion of our classes. She is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, and has worked with many types of clients ranging from athletes, musicians, and CEOs. Her goal is help people reach the most optimal version of their personal human experience.

Teddy Mrkonja

The active boxer on the Boxing & Breathwork team, Teddy has studied the sport for most of his life and is eager to share his knowledge with others. He began competing at a young age, and enjoys the sport so much that he wants to pass on the skills in a way that benefits others.
